America will get what it deserves

when President Bush nominates Justice O'Connor's replacement. Unless his nominee has some sort of criminal record, I don't see what the Democrats can or should do to block him or her. Nominating a Supreme Court Justice is one of the President's few enumerated Consitutional powers, and it should be respected. The election is over, and Bush won. He gets to nominate who he wants; that's how it works. We don't have to like it, but we have to deal with it.
