This is probably a good idea:

Recasting the 'War on Terror' as a 'struggle' is appropriate, now we just have to stop going to war with random countries that really have little to do with terrorism.

Don't get me wrong; I think bringing democracy to Iraq will ultimately ge a good thing for the region. But, let's be honest; there weren't any significant Al Qaeda cells there before we got there. Timing is everything, and we went to Iraq at the wrong time.
