Delay should probably step down.

The more we learn about Delay's repeated ethical "oversights," the worse he looks. It's getting harder and harder to justify my earlier advice to keep him around. I think it's his unapologetic arrogance that will turn the country against him and the politics he represents. That, and the super-creepy vibe he exudes.
